Holiday Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry slightly on a floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into a mini muffin cup.
  • Assemble Bites: Place a cube of brie in the center of each puff pastry square. Top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a pinch of rosemary.
  • Add Egg Wash: Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the edges of the puff pastry for a golden finish.
  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and crisp.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra rosemary if desired.

Notes

  • Use apricot preserves instead of cranberry sauce for a sweeter variation.
  • Make ahead: Assemble the bites and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Best served warm for gooey brie goodness!
